Baird associates around the world volunteer their time and talents to help a wide variety of non-profit organizations during our annual Baird Gives Back Week event. Projects include collecting food, tutoring students, cleaning up parks and nature trails, and more.

works to foster and support quality healthcare of the highest standards for Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.
Beale Military Liaison Council:
raises funds and awareness for programs that support Beale AFB and makes a difference in the lives of the men, women and their families stationed there.
Bright Futures for Youth:
has programs to address the ever-changing needs of youth from sixth-graders to those in their mid-20s. Programs range from after school programs and a drop-in Youth Center to ensuring access to services.
Golden Empire Flying Association:
promotes the growth, safety and enjoyment of general aviation; supports our local Nevada County Airport; and provides aviation scholarships to local youth.
Viewpoint Photographic Art Center:
Photography communicates ideas and emotions beyond that which can be said with words. Viewpoint facilitates this vital communication through exhibits, education, and community connection.

Enriching our community by presenting inspiring concerts and accessible educational programs for everyone.
Nevada County Law Enforcement & Fire Protection Council:
supports local law enforcement and fire protection agencies through contributions of equipment, training, and other assistance.
